By contacting the C.A.R. Legal Hotline you can speak directly to one of C.A.R.'s attorneys. Since its debut in 1979, C.A.R. attorneys have answered more than 600,000 questions about real estate law and brokerage practice.

- Monday through Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Saturday: 10am - 2 pm (due to limited staffing the Saturday Hotline service is only for questions regarding active transactions).

Note: There are days when the Legal Hotline is flooded with calls, faxes, and e-mail requests. Unfortunately that may mean a delay from several hours to several days before receiving a phone call from one of the real estate attorneys on staff. CAR's customer service representatives who answer the phones, process your requests, and forward them to the attorneys, greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.
