Updating Your Supra eKEY

You should update the eKEY in the morning of any day you plan to access or show homes.

You can update your eKEY by pressing the update button located at the bottom of the screen in the eKEYapp.

If you are not able to connect to wifi or are in an area with limited cellular reception you can update manually with an emergency update code using the following steps:

1. Get an update code from SupraWEB, CCAR Member Services or call 1-888-968-4032.
2. Enter the update code into the eKEY app.

• Open the eKEY app.
• Tap Update.
• Tap Emergency Update.
• Enter the update code.
• Tap the Update Key button.

• Tap Update.
• Tap Emergency Update.
• Enter the update code.
• Tap the Update Key button.
