Listing Agents have control over each of their individual Listings' syndication and which data can be displayed on a VOW (Virtual office Website). These settings are found during Listing Input/Maintenance. 

•VOW Include: Do you want the listing to syndicate to third party sites?

•VOW Address: Do you want the property address displayed to third party sites?

•VOW: Do you allow the public to comment on this property on third party sites?

•VOW AVM: Display an automated estimate of the market value of the listing ( or hyperlink to such estimate) in immediate conjunction with the listing?

•R-Internet Display- Choose between Full Street Address, Partial street name, No Address

•ZZ- Internet Sites- Yes- All sites, or No-No sites.

Note: Selecting 'No' to VOW Address, or Limiting the address in R-INTERNET DISPLAY can keep a listing from syndicating to certain websites, even if VOW Include is set to 'Yes,' and ZZ_INTERNET SITES is set to Yes-All Sites.
