Email opt in for Contacts in Paragon

If your email contact has opted out of receiving emails you can begin the process of sending them an opt in email to return them to the Paragon system.

Email opt in for Contacts in Paragon:

  1. Please go to the Email Subscribe page.
  2. Enter the email address to be opted back in and click the Next button.
  3. The next step will inform you whether the email address has opted out of receiving emails from agents using Paragon.
  4. If they are opted out and you want to give them the opportunity to opt back in, select the radio button to the left of "Opt-in to receive emails from any agent using this software."
  5. Click on the Next button.
  6. The email contact will have 72 hours to open the confirmation email that will be sent and to opt back in to receiving emails.
