When a prospective buyer text or scans to get your listing information, five minutes later the auto-responder sends them a custom message. If you’re busy with a client you don’t have to stop what you’re doing to follow up with them, the auto responder will keep your lead warm. You have the ability to set up two custom messages. One message will go out during your on-duty time, and one will go out during your off-duty time. You also have control of setting up your on-duty and off-duty messaging hours.
