Can Lead Alerts Go To More Than One Person?

Yes.  If you, for instance, have a buyers' agent you work with and would like them to also receive your leads you can setup the email alerts to go to more than one address. 

  • While logged into your account, on the top right hand side click on “My Account”.

  • At the bottom of the page you will see “Alerts”.  If the box next to “by email” isn't checked, check it
  • In the field below, enter the email addresses you would like to use (separate each with a comma)

Add additional Email Alerts.

Note: At this time text alerts can only be sent to one phone number.
