I Texted My Campaign But Information Is Not Returned To My Phone

Occasionally users contact Goomzee support and report they have texted into their campaign, but they didn't get any property information back on their phone.  A variety of networks and partners combined allow delivery of messages, so there are many links in the chain.

Here are a few things to check before submitting a ticket with support.   

  1. Verify the message code has not been miss typed.
  2. Verify with your carrier that your plan supports texting into short codes, referred to by some carriers as "Premium Text Messaging".
