Why is the "Marketing Action Plan" Missing?

This page needs to be activated under your Settings. Navigate to the Page Contents tab, and select Marketing Action Plan from the drop down menu. To activate the page for inclusion, a change must be made (can be as simple as deleting a letter and replacing it) and the page must be saved.
