Step 1:
Click on the PROFILE button at the top of the page. It is located next to the LOGOFF button. You may also click on the My Profile tab if you are in the Home section of zipForm® 6 Professional Edition.
Step 2:
Make any changes you wish to make to your information, then click on the Save button to save your changes. The change will only take place for new transactions. All existing transactions will have the information they were originally created with. You may need to log off and then log back in for the changes to take place.
