ListHub specializes in the collection, aggregation, and analysis of large quantities of analytics across all of the websites where brokers advertise their listings. These analytics represent powerful “big data” business intelligence, and is presented to the brokers and agents in a meaningful, useful format. ListHub’s data helps brokers to understand consumer trends, position listings and establish pricing strategies for maximum consumer effect as well as how to coach their agents, effectively target their marketing investments, and even articulate their marketing insights to the homeowner.

It is vital that an online advertising management platform includes detailed metrics to leverage and fully take advantage of the opportunities presented with online marketing. You do not have a valid online marketing platform without reporting.

The primary advantage for brokers of online advertising over print is the ability to track consumer behavior to verify how effective the advertising is. Reporting allows brokers to know how many times their listings were searched, viewed and generated phone and email inquiries. Consumer leads are tracked and the location of these online consumers is determined. The traffic metrics data is cross-referenced in ListHub reports with the property listing characteristics, agents and other factors. All of this information is presented to brokers so they can decide how to craft their online marketing programs to best serve their clients. Since the bulk of advertising costs are spent online, having these metrics ensures that brokers are steering their advertising dollars toward sites and locations that are most effective.

For reporting to be effective, it must be independent and comparative. Since statistics can be obtained and presented in many ways, an online marketing platform must be in a position to provide its own method of obtaining these metrics from each publisher. ListHub does this by applying the same measurement to each and every website and presenting the data in a grid that compares the different websites on a level playing field. These metrics must provide unbiased publisher comparisons and aggregated metrics to be valid and useful. Each publisher must be required to support the system for obtaining these metrics. ListHub provides a platform for reporting consumer activity across all real estate websites, including the following categories of websites.

  • Network publisher sites (Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com)
  • Additional publisher sites (realtor.com®)

By Broker or Agent Request (additional fees apply):

  • Brokerage websites (individual company site): Brokerage may utilize the ListHub Javascript API to track events on their own site for display in the ListHub Reports. The fee is only $199 per year per brokerage website. Requests should be directed to info@listhub.com
  • Agent websites (individual agent site): Agents may utilize the ListHub Javascript API to track events on their own site for display in the ListHub reports. The fee is only $99 per year per agent website. Requests should be directed to info@listhub.com

By MLS Request:

  • MLS Public Sites: The MLS may utilize the ListHub Javascript API to track events on their consumer-facing site for display in the ListHub reports. There is no fee for this service. Requests should be directed to info@listhub.com
  • IDX Networks: The MLS may require all IDX vendors to implement the ListHub Javascript API to track events across the entire IDX network for display in the ListHub Reports to quantify the overall value of participation in IDX. There is no fee for this service. Requests should be directed to info@listhub.com

By Franchise request:

  • Franchise websites: Franchise organizations may utilize the ListHub Javascript API to track events on their national consumer-facing site for display in the ListHub reports. There is no fee for this service. Requests should be directed to info@listhub.com

The primary events displayed in ListHub Reports are:

  • Property Views
  • Property Visits (Click-Throughs)
  • Inquiries (Leads)

ListHub’s tracking system supports many additional consumer events, including the following:

  • DETAIL PAGE VIEWED: How many times a particular property is viewed
  • EMAIL CLICKED: Variations are AGENT, OFFICE*, or BROKER* depending on where the email is sent How many times the email link is clicked and it opens an external email client
  • EMAIL SENT: Variations are AGENT, OFFICE*, or BROKER* depending on where the email is sent How many times a form is filled out and submitted through the browser without opening an external email client
  • PHONE CLICKED: Variations are AGENT, OFFICE*, or BROKER* depending on which phone number is revealed How many times a link is clicked to reveal a phone number
  • PHONE CALL: Variations are AGENT, OFFICE*, or BROKER* depending on where the phone number leads to How many times a phone call is placed through the mobile app version of your website
  • WEBSITE CLICKED: Variations are AGENT, OFFICE*, or BROKER* depending on the destination How many times the Agent's, Office's, or the Broker's website link is clicked
  • SHARED: Variations are *MOBILE, *FACEBOOK, *TWITTER, *LINKEDIN, *PINTEREST and *GOOGLE_PLUS How many times this individual property is shared via social networks or email which is "SHARED" by itself
  • LISTING SAVED: How many times this property is followed or saved to favorites
  • PRINT MEDIA CLICKED: How many times this property is printed
  • PROPERTY MAP CLICKED: How many times the map this property or equivalent link is clicked
  • DRIVING DIRECTIONS CLICKED: How many times a get directions or equivalent link is clicked
  • VIDEO CLICKED: How many times the video for this property is clicked
  • VIEWED MORE PHOTOS: How many times the see more photos or equivalent link is clicked
  • VIRTUAL TOUR CLICKED: How many times the virtual tour link is clicked

Who Gets Reports?

Reports are available in a hierarchy of access levels, providing an appropriate report of aggregated metrics for the following roles:

  • MLS: Free to the MLS. Emailed at the beginning of every month in HTML and PDF format. MLS report includes the complete list of registered brokerages using the ListHub program and whether they participate at the paid or free level.
  • Broker
  • Office Manager
  • Agent
  • Seller

Reports can be purchased at three levels:

  • MLS Site License: MLS purchases all reports for all broker and agent members.
  • Broker Purchase: The broker package is priced based on the number of agents associated with the brokerage. The package includes broker, office, agent, and seller reports, as well as listing presentation flyers and toll free phone support.
  • Agent Purchase: The agent package is $129 per year per agent, for unlimited listings. It includes agent and seller reports, as well as branded listing presentation flyers and toll free phone support.

  • Includes statistics from the NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers
  • Displays a dynamic list of actual sites selected by the broker
