Checking the Status of a Transaction


Step 1: Open the transaction you wish to view the status on. Click on the eSign button and select 'Check Status'.

Step 2: A list of submission dates will appear. Select the date you wish to check the status of then click on the 'View' button.

Step 3: The zipLogix Digital Ink® Interface will then be displayed, allowing you to view the status of each party included within the signing process.

In this instance, "Seller One" has completed the process. The Registration section indicates the party has Authenticated and the Transaction Status is Complete.

"Buyer One" is 'Pending' with 'Action Required' indicating that it is now their turn to sign.
