1. Click on the "LISTINGS" button on the main menu and select Coming Soon under Add Listing.
2. Use the Tax Autofill feature to pull up property or enter listing manually.
3. Choose “CS  Active - Coming Soon” for the Status. 
4. The following fields will be required during listing input:
   • Status
   • Area
   • Address 
   • City
   • State
   • Zip
   • Price
   • Projected Active Data
   • Expire Date
   • Building Type
   • Comp to Selling Office
   • Comp Type
   • Year Built
   • Bedrooms
   • Baths
   • Sq Ft Apx
5. Once required fields have been entered, click on Save.

NOTE: A warning message will be displayed indicating that the listing will remain in Coming Soon Status for 30 days, after which it changes to a Cancelled - Coming Soon status.

The listing agent can update the "Projected Active Date" at any time provided that the new SELM form has been submitted to the MLS.
