The ability to rely on the accuracy of MLS information is critical to REALTORS®' success. The MLS Rules and Regulations ensure consistency, accuracy and the integrity of the MLS data compilation—everyone benefits from compliance.

Questions or complaints related to these Rules and Regulations are handled by the CCAR Compliance Department.

To ask a question or make a complaint about a specific MLS listing, click on the Correction link (on the light blue toolbar) and detail the issue in the email. This email is sent only to CCAR MLS staff and is considered confidential (the broker or agent of the listing is never told where the complaint originated).
