Members of the MLS, using the Open House and Tour search, can find open houses and property tours.

Open House is a public showing of the property.

Tour is a private showing of the property just for real estate professionals. Some MLSs, boards and associations also refer to this as a Brokers Open, or Caravan.

If you'd like your listing to appear in these search results, follow the steps below.

Note: The tool to add a date for an open house is the same tool to add a date for a tour.

1. From the Menu at the top of Paragon, click Listings and under Maintain click Listings.
2. Locate the property you'd like to add to tour or open house in the list and click Select an Action on the right side of the property’s row.
3. Click Add/Edit Open House or Add/Edit Tour Listing.
4. In the workspace, click the +Add New link to add a date for your open house or tour.
5. Enter the details for your open house or tour:

• Enter the Tour Group
• Enter the date. You can use the calendar tool or type in the date in the mm/dd/yyyy format.
• Enter the start time and end time.
• Add up to 255 characters in the comments box to communicate details and information about the event for MLS members searching for open houses or tour listings.
• Type Y for yes or N for no in the field for Host or No Host
• If you are providing refreshments, you can enter this information as well.

     6. Click Save

You can add as many open houses and property tours to your listing, as you'd like.
